Gripping read. You study people well. In my mid-20's, I drove a cab in a big city overnight. A lot of similarities, especially with the type of people and quite a few "gentlemen clubs" picking up both the men and later the "dancers." To escape that crowd, I switched to daytime driving. A lot of doctor visits and grocery stores...opposite of the nighttime riders. Thank you for rekindling the memories. Long ago, on roads far away. Thank you for writing!! P.S. I'm loving your book, too!
Oh wow! I can only imagine what you witnessed and experienced as a nighttime taxi driver. it’s definitely a different world out there after dark. :)
Thank you for your awesome support and the compliments on my book. I know all authors are proud of their work, but I am really proud of it. Is there anything you find insightful or interesting in it that you can share with me?
Those days helped shape these days, hmm? I love how honest and transparent your book is, and how you don't seem to embellish truths. You admit how certain things will remain private, and I respect that a bunch. I can tell you've been a bit of an anthropologist in ways, and have studied how humans operate. I trust you.
I just found out there is an Audible version via your website (I can play while driving, it's hard to read and drive). This will help me fly by in the last half of the book (and still highlight for my Readwise). Thank you for being you.
I try to be as honest as I can without hurting anyone or exposing certain individuals. I no longer feel shame around my past or my mistakes and want to show people we can level up anytime we choose, despite our past. We are human, we all make mistakes and in my experience, the ones who’ve faced their mistakes seem to be at the most peace, even when things aren’t going as planned.

Yes, the audible is the first edition under my non pen name- it’s also got another narrator besides the intro.

You are amazing, and now both in my eyes (reading) and ears (listening). Thank you!
